Palladino Subaru is hiring a full time Administrative Assistant.

What is it?

Administrative Assistants are the first point of contact for customers coming in to our business and serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately. Experts in Customer Service, they are key in communicating to company personnel of visitor arrival. They manage the telecommunications system for the business. In addition, they control the flow of documents and are responsible for document filing and record keeping.

What can I expect?

Administrative Assistants joining our team will be fully trained on all of the processes and software they will be using. They will learn about each department in the dealership, in order to understand how each work together to provide optimum customer service, working together for the success of the business and the flow of documentation. Administrative Assistants are often the first point of contact at the dealership, and will be responsible to manage sensitive client data.

What do I need?

The minimum schooling requirement - Ontario Secondary School Diploma or Equivalent

Characteristics and skills which would contribute to success in this role are:

- High energy, positive outlook and good interpersonal skills
- Conflict resolution skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Consistent presentation in professional dress and manner.
