**Position Summary**:
We’re looking for a dependable and organized individual to handle the daily operations of our office. This is a **full-time position** supporting the CEO and field crews with scheduling, documentation, and administrative tasks. As the only office staff member, you’ll play an essential role in keeping the business running smoothly.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare invoices, estimates, and progress payment requests
- Maintain project files, contracts, and safety documentation
- Track expenses and assist with bookkeeping (QuickBooks experience is an asset)
- Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and assist with permits and compliance paperwork
- Coordinate with field staff, subcontractors, and suppliers

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in administrative or office management roles
- Strong organization and communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software preferred
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Construction or trades-related office experience is a strong asset

**Compensation**:

- Competitive hourly wage based on experience
- Full-time, Monday to Friday
- Supportive small-team environment with long-term stability

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Work Location: In person
