Operations Administrative Coordinator

**Responsibilities**:
- Support the Chief Restructuring Officer (CRO), Operations, Human Resources, Sales, and Finance with day-to-day tasks that reinforce continuous improvement of operational efficiencies and continuity between all line areas of the MJardin Group’s business.
- Management of day-to-day office operations, support facilities maintenance, and general office management, ordering of offices supplies and equipment, and implement and refine office processes and operating/experience standards as needed
- Responsible for researching and managing strategic and operational projects including all aspects of planning, collaborating with internal and external resources, preparing, and maintaining documentation while keeping all stakeholders informed throughout the process
- Support MJardin’s Human Resource department in scheduling meetings, interviews, onboarding new hires and other administrative tasks as needed
- Address employee queries regarding office management issues (e.g., stationery, hardware, and travel arrangements)
- Document existing operational processes, identify opportunities for improvements and lead redesign and implementation of process changes
- Prepare letters, presentation decks, and run/pull reports using MJardin’s internal systems
- Coordinate with the IT department on all office equipment for new hires, exiting staff, and visitors/contractors alike; other ad hoc projects as they arise
- Select and manage relationships with vendors and service providers (e.g., Sanitation) for office environment, equipment and services
- Other duties as required.
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of relevant experience in a similar role
- An equivalent combination of education and experience in business analysis may be considered.
- High level of integrity, hyper-organized, and resourceful in problem-solving
- Ability to balance multiple priorities and execute against a diverse set of objectives
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; ability to write, read and comprehend technical documents, such as SOPs.
