**About the Role**
As an **Operations and Business Coordinator**, you will be TempHo’s organizational backbone. This multifaceted role involves managing day-to-day operations, maintaining records, handling agreements, and ensuring smooth communication with clients, landlords, and guests. You’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring the company’s processes run efficiently, supporting our growth and mission.
**What You'll DoOperations Management**
- Oversee and manage office operations, ensuring a smooth workflow.
- Maintain accurate records of contracts, agreements, and client interactions.
- Organize and track company documentation, including landlord and guest agreements.
- Manage inventory and supplies to ensure an efficient work environment.
**Client and Stakeholder Relations**
- Act as the primary point of contact for landlords, guests, and vendors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Schedule and organize meetings with landlords, guests, and internal teams.
- Address inquiries, provide updates, and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
**Administrative Support**
- Coordinate schedules, book meetings, and manage calendars for the team.
- Maintain and organize company contacts and databases.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and summaries for internal and external use.
**Real Estate Administration**
- Draft and review rental agreements and contracts.
- Ensure all agreements comply with company policies and legal standards.
- Monitor and track deadlines, renewals, and compliance requirements.

- **Tech-Savvy**: Proficient in MS Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools (experience with property management software is a plus).
- **Interpersonal**: Strong relationship-building skills to foster connections with stakeholders.
- **Reliable**: Degree Highly dependable, with the ability to manage sensitive information discreetly.
