As we continue to scale, we are looking for an Operations Coordinator to support the CEO in handling daily operational and administrative tasks, allowing for a sharper focus on driving the company's strategic direction.

**Position Overview**:
As the **Operations Coordinator** reporting directly to the CEO, your primary role will be to streamline operations and administrative functions to free up the CEO’s time for strategic leadership. This position will include executive assistant duties, such as managing the CEO’s calendar, inbox, travel, and task list, while also taking on operational responsibilities, including product research, project management, presentation preparation, and operational support. You will act as the CEO’s right hand, ensuring smooth day-to-day execution of tasks and helping to implement solutions that contribute to company growth.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** Operational Support**: Assist in research projects, order supplies, and handle product or service requests to streamline operations.
- ** Task & Project Management**: Coordinate the CEO’s to-do list, ensure task follow-ups, and track the progress of key projects. Manage CEO’s task management tools (e.g., ClickUp and Slack).
- ** Travel & Event Planning**: Arrange travel, accommodation, and logistics, as well as organizing key company events or external meetings.
- ** Communication**: Act as a middle person for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear and timely responses.
- ** Presentation & Documentation**: Prepare presentations, reports, and speaking notes for CEO meetings or events. Organize and manage board meeting materials as directed by the CEO.
- ** Data & Product Research**: Conduct research to support product development, operational improvements, and market trends.
- ** Meeting Coordination**: Organize and manage key internal and external meetings, ensuring that the CEO is briefed and prepared.

**Qualifications**:

- ** Experience**: Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant administrative or operations experience, preferably in a startup environment.
- ** Technology Savvy**: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Suite, and task management software (e.g., ClickUp, Slack, Trello).
- ** Strong Communication**: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to manage sensitive information and maintain confidentiality.
- ** Project Management**: Proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and work independently with mínimal supervision.
- ** Problem-Solving**: Adept at anticipating needs, identifying solutions, and implementing improvements for better operational efficiency.
- ** Adaptability**: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment where priorities may shift quickly.
- ** Education**: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
