Key Responsibilities:

1. Production Support

· Coordinate daily production schedules and work orders to meet customer delivery deadlines.

· Monitor production progress and collaborate with supervisors to resolve workflow bottlenecks.

· Ensure timely and cost-efficient availability of raw materials, tools, and packaging supplies.

2. Inventory & Supply Chain Coordination

· Receive and inspect purchased products upon delivery and report any discrepancies in a timely manner.

· Maintain accurate inventory records for raw materials, work-in-progress (WIP), and finished goods.

· Meet with vendors and clients to analyze quality of product and negotiate equitable agreements.

· Conduct periodic inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies.

3. Logistics & Shipping

· Coordinate and support shipping department in managing transportation schedules to ensure timely delivery.

· Liaise with logistics partners and internal departments to fulfill customer orders accurately.

· Maintain documentation for shipping, receiving, and compliance.

4. Administrative Duties

· Prepare and maintain production reports, downtime logs, and operational key performance indicators (KPIs).

· Support health and safety compliance by maintaining records.

· Assist with procurement, budgeting, and other operational tasks as needed by management.

5. Cross-Functional Collaboration

· Act as a liaison between production, operations, and customer service departments to ensure smooth operations of purchase orders and deliveries.

· Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and ensure quality.

Assist management with any additional tasks required.

Working Conditions:

· Manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, dust, and machinery.

· Involves standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 lbs.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $55,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
