Job Purpose

Duties & Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage Mappi financial and operational reports with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Maintain consistent communication with project managers and site supervisors to ensure timely task coordination and issue resolution.
- Review, verify, and track working hours, calculate overtime, and coordinate with HR/Accounting for accurate and timely payroll processing.
- Support onboarding of new hires by preparing entry documents and coordinating with HR and Accounting for seamless integration.
- Track and manage vacation, leave, and attendance data; ensure proper documentation and communication across teams.
- Review and approve supplier invoices; ensure timely processing and resolution of discrepancies.
- Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain pricing, negotiate terms, and meet specific project requirements.
- Oversee procurement of materials, coordinate delivery schedules with the warehouse, and ensure timely supply to job sites.
- Assist estimating team with material take-offs and help prepare bid packages when required.
- Handle material pay-slip submissions and ensure proper documentation for accounting purposes.
- Draft and maintain essential project documentation such as warranty letters, cash flow statements, and other required paperwork.
- Provide operational support to field teams and offer real-time solutions to on-site coordination issues.
- Provide HR-related administrative support, including safety updates, vacation tracking, incident reports, and compliance forms.
- Regularly update management on project progress, cost tracking, cash flow projections, and other key performance indicators.

Qualifications & Skills Required
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum 4-5 years of experience in construction operations, drywall project coordination, or a similar field-based construction role.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, drywall systems, and material handling in residential and commercial builds.
- Proven experience with cost tracking, project documentation, supplier negotiation, and procurement processes.
- Skilled in supporting estimating teams with take-offs and documentation.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel), and experience with construction-related software or ERP systems.
- Strong organizational and communication skills; able to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent attention to detail, time management, and ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Solid understanding of workplace safety regulations and compliance standards.
- Professional, resourceful, and solutions-oriented mindset.
