Notre client est spécialisé dans la conception, la fabrication et l'installation de portes et fenêtres haut de gamme. Il s'agit d'un poste permanent à temps plein.
**Description du poste**
Le rôle consiste à s'occuper des tâches quotidiennes liées aux ressources humaines, à gérer les politiques de ressources humaines et à superviser la gestion du personnel.
- Agir en tant que premier point de contact pour répondre aux besoins des employés.
- Assurer une communication interne claire et cohérente en rédigeant diverses communications et en créant ou en mettant à jour des documents internes.
- Participer à la rédaction de divers documents relatifs aux ressources humaines, tels que les contrats de travail, les avenants salariaux, les lettres de notification, les formulaires de communication, les règlements et les politiques.
- Fournir des conseils sur les politiques et procédures en matière de ressources humaines, les lois et les normes, les relations de travail et les meilleures pratiques de gestion.
- Conseiller les cadres.
- Conduire des entretiens pour le recrutement de nouveaux employés.
- Organiser des sessions de formation pour les employés.
- Favoriser des relations de travail saines afin d'optimiser les ressources.
- Mettre en œuvre des programmes de formation adéquats et continus pour reconnaître et développer les compétences des employés.
- Élaborer des méthodes d'évaluation des performances conformes aux attentes de l'entreprise.
- Gérer et résoudre les conflits sur le lieu de travail, y compris les cas disciplinaires et les dossiers de contentieux.
- Soutenir l'ensemble du cycle de recrutement et formuler des recommandations en fonction des besoins.
**Qualifications requises**
- Expérience de la gestion des ressources humaines et du recrutement, y compris des politiques de ressources humaines et de la gestion du personnel.
- Au moins trois ans d'expérience en tant que généraliste en ressources humaines.
- Professionnalisme, tact, discrétion, souci du détail et excellentes capacités d'analyse.
- La connaissance des normes fédérales du travail est un atout.
- Excellentes aptitudes à la communication et aux relations interpersonnelles.
- Une expérience dans le secteur de la construction ou de l'industrie manufacturière est un atout.
- Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit.
- Solides compétences en matière d'organisation et de gestion des dossiers.
- Capacité à travailler de manière indépendante et efficace.
- Membre de l'Ordre des conseillers en ressources humaines agréés et en relations industrielles.
- Souci du détail et capacité à préserver la confidentialité.
- Solides compétences en matière d'organisation et de gestion du temps.

The role involves handling day-to-day human resources tasks, managing HR policies, and overseeing personnel management.
- Act as the first point of contact to address employee needs.
- Ensure clear and consistent internal communications through writing various communications and creating or updating internal documents.
- Assist in drafting various HR documents such as employment contracts, salary addenda, notice letters, communication forms, regulations, and policies.
- Provide advice on HR policies and procedures, laws and standards, labor relations, and best management practices.
- Advise managers.
- Conduct interviews for recruiting new employees.
- Organize training sessions for employees.
- Foster healthy work relationships to optimize resources.
- Implement adequate and ongoing training programs to recognize and develop employee skills.
- Develop performance evaluation methods aligned with company expectations.
- Manage and resolve workplace conflicts, including disciplinary cases and litigation records.
- Support the entire recruitment cycle and make recommendations based on needs.
**Qualifications**
- Experience in Human Resources (HR) management & hiring, including HR policies and personnel management.
- Minimum of three years of experience as a human resources generalist.
- Professionalism, tact, discretion, attention to detail,and excellent analytical skills.
- Knowledge of federal labor standards is an asset.
