SaintLaurent, Canada Warehouse Services, Inc. Full time

**ILSCi is currently looking for an HR Representative/Recruiter at its Saint-Laurent distribution center.**

The HR Rep/ Recruiter reports to the IR Manager is responsible for the administration and performance of the Industrial Relations program in the following areas: Employee Recruiting and On-boarding, Policies and Procedures, Safety, Personnel Requirements, Staffing and Training.

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:
1. Recruitment and Interviewing potential new employees
2. Pre-employment drug testing, physicals and background
3. New employee orientation
4. Works with IR Department to ensure compliance with Labor laws/EEOC/company policy
5. Completes Unemployment claims as necessary
6. Conducts and/or assist in employee training
7. Enforce company policies and procedures
8. Communicate company benefits and assist employees with questions
9. Conduct employee meetings on a one-on-one basis periodically

**REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS**:
1. Must have good written and verbal communications skills
2. Excellent Safety, Quality, Productivity and Attendance record
3. Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
4. Must have a thorough knowledge of WSI policies and procedures
5. Forklift certified or able to obtain certification
6. Must be able to lift 55 lbs.
7. Must be bilingual
