- **Responsibilities**:_
- Prepare and maintain personnel files and directories.
- Notify supervisors when employees are due for review.
- Track attendance and vacation hours.
- Participate in corporate HR meetings regarding policies and practices.
- Assist in the development of HR policies manual.
- Handle enrollments and changes for insurance and 401k.
- Handle notifications and reporting for insurance, COBRA, FMLA, STD, LTD, etc.
- Prepare new hire packets and forms.
- Respond to requests for information on employees.
- Participate in the interview and selection process.
- Prepare information for reference checks; submit to AAIM for processing Assist in training of employees on various issues (i.e. PRIDE internet based community web page, use of net meeting, safety, etc.).
- Payroll.
- Make the approval of timesheets.
- Oversee pay for the holidays.
- Keep up to date the vacation files, mobile leave, attendance bonus, hours in the bank, and transmit the pay.
- Schedule orders from customers that are sent by customer service.
- Schedule productions with customer forecasts and purchase order.
- Ensure that productions are made on the dates requested by customers.
- Prepare orders for production.
- Make BOMS and Help Desk for changes or new products.
- Make purchases of raw materials, PKG, office items, items for health and safety, etc.
- Make the receptions of the items received.
- Make some negotiations with local suppliers.
- Other duties as assigned.

Pay: $70,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
**Education**:
- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Human resources management: 2 years (required)
- Labor laws: 2 years (required)
- Benefits administration: 2 years (required)
- Payroll: 2 years (required)
- Performance management: 2 years (required)
**Language**:
- French (required)
