**Industry: Precast Concrete Manufacturing for Water and Wastewater Solutions**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Batch concrete according to mix designs and product specifications
- Operate concrete plant batching software to ensure quality concrete production.
- Batch concrete using batching software.
- Conduct routine inspections of the batch plant to ensure it is well-maintained and operates within design specifications.
- Manage inventory of raw materials on site and ensure that the bins containing raw materials are full
- Maintain detailed batch records for each concrete mix, including materials used and testing results.
- Regularly test concrete samples for consistency, strength, and workability.
- Coordinate with the production supervisor for daily production
- Order materials for daily operations.
- Ensure quality of concrete is to standards
- Maintain and organize records and documentation.

**WORKING CONDITIONS**

Physical Effort -Constant bending, standing and walking and the ability to move light to moderate material or equipment is required. Work involves frequent lifting of materials and product up to 50 pounds. Machinery operation requires the use of safety equipment to include but not limited to; eye safety glasses, hearing protectors, work boots, and hardhats. Loose fitting clothes and jewelry are not permitted.

Physical Environment -Approximately 80 - 90% outdoors or in plant facility. Outdoor work environment which could include exposure to adverse weather conditions, some stress due to adherence to deadlines, which may require some overtime or variable work hours. Indoor work environment in an average factory type building, which can be dirty, noisy, damp, and not uniformly heated. The incumbent is exposed to noise, dust, and occasional welding fumes and flashes. Safety boots and associated PPE are required for all time spent on the floor and/or Yard.

Pay: $16.55-$42.90 per hour

Expected hours: 50 per week
