We’re a family-owned and operated company looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Administrative & Marketing Support Specialist to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys a little bit of everything— including marketing, graphic design, e-commerce. We are looking for someone who is happy to jump in wherever needed to keep things running smoothly

**What You’ll Do**
- Assist with marketing efforts by managing and updating customer Shopify webstores
- Use your graphic design skills to create product mockups, and branded content
- Respond to customer inquiries and prepare product quotes with accuracy and care
- Support overall team operations with a flexible, can-do attitude - including reception support when needed
- Help keep the workspace tidy, organized, and running efficiently

**What We’re Looking For**
- Hands-on experience with Shopify (essential)
- Experience in customer service, marketing support, and e-commerce coordination
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Outlook, Excel, and Word)
- Strong graphic design skills—experience with tools in Adobe Illustrator
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- A proactive, flexible, and solutions-focused mindset
- A diploma or degree in Marketing, Design, Business, or a related field is an asset

Pay: From $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
