This firm are currently seeking a Proposal and Marketing Specialist in Edmonton, Alberta.THE JOBThe role will encompass:Prepares strategic quality responses to RFPs, RFQs, ITTs and EOIsWork with architects and others in the firm to develop content, work with layout, images, presentation and details to produce high quality proposalsPrepares corporate-level and market sector content including firm information, project experience and team resumesPrepares and designs marketing materials for award submissions, exhibits, and company participation in community/industry related eventsPrepares project work content including graphics and reportsDefines and contributes to the proposal response plan, schedule, and internal communications associated with the proposal development including follow-up with the contributorsWHAT'S REQUIREDMinimum of 2 to 10 years' experience working in a role creating proposals within Architecture, Engineering or Construction, preferably for large scale projectsAdvanced technical proficiency with Adobe Creative Suites including InDesign and PhotoshopTechnical proficiency with MS Office Suite; other programs an assetExcellent business writing, editing and proofreading skillsEye for design and layout, good creative skillsRigorous attention to detailExcellent time management skillsStrong problem-solving and decision-making skills.Positive, self-motivated, confident, energeticBased in AlbertaProven track record of developing successful marketing campaigns and proposals.WHAT YOU GET IN RETURNJoin a great, well established company with a strong reputationStrong support from a marketing team around youBe part of a social and collaborative cultureProduce proposals and content for high level architectural projects across the countryCompetitive compensation, benefits and other perksSome flexibilityWHAT TO DO NOWIf you believe this position could be the perfect fit for you, apply now or email your application to lshalev@talentsphere.ca.
