Client Support Specialist

We're looking for a passionate and organized **Client Support Specialist** to join our dynamic team. Your main responsibility will be to support our Account Managers by ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for our clients.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Assist Account Managers with day-to-day client communication and coordination
- Help manage client project timelines, deliverables, and expectations
- Track client feedback, requests, and updates, ensuring they are communicated clearly and acted on
- Coordinate with internal teams (SEO, PPC, Content, Design) to ensure client needs are met
- Prepare and maintain client reports and performance dashboards
- Troubleshoot and resolve any client issues or questions quickly and efficiently
- Manage client onboarding and document key project details
**Qualifications**:
- **1-2 years of experience** in client service, support, or account management, preferably in a marketing or digital agency environment
- Excellent organizational skills with a strong attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- A team player with a proactive attitude and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with CRM software and project management tools is a plus
Pay: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year

- 8 hour shift
