Marketing Content Strategist & AI Writer

CAYK Marketing is hiring a Marketing Content Strategist & AI Writer to take ownership of our monthly content production. This role is responsible for managing editorial calendars, writing SEO-optimized articles using ChatGPT, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure content is delivered accurately and on time.

You’ll work on content for over 20 clients in industries ranging from trades and real estate to staffing, healthcare, and e-commerce. With support from our SEO Specialists and CAMs (Client Account Managers), you’ll use AI-assisted workflows to write and polish content that performs without sounding like a robot wrote it.

What You’ll Do

Plan & Organize Editorial Calendars
- Review client content calendars and identify upcoming needs each month
- Use SEO input and AI tools to create 90-day editorial plans with clear topics and talking points
- Work with Client Account Managers to finalize and gain approval on topics

Write & Optimize Content
- Produce 40+ articles per month using ChatGPT and custom prompts tailored to each client
- Edit AI-generated drafts to match tone, improve clarity, and meet SEO best practices
- Create corresponding social media content for Facebook, LinkedIn, and X
- Include proper metadata, headers, keyword usage, and links in every article
- Deliver final drafts in Google Docs and track progress on the content board
- All items mentioned about are massaged into ChatGPT Prompts to ensure accuracy

Support New Client Onboarding
- Set up folders, templates, and workflow boards for new clients
- Collaborate with SEO Specialists and Client Account Managers to define initial content direction
- Build and refine ChatGPT prompts using onboarding notes, tone preferences, and service priorities
- Begin writing Month 2 content once topics are approved

Collaborate With the Team
- Work closely with Client Account Managers to gather approvals and implement revisions
- Coordinate with the Scheduler to ensure content and social posts are published on time
- Maintain consistent communication and follow-up without needing to manage client-facing tasks

What You Bring
- 1-3 years of experience in content writing, SEO, or digital marketing
- Familiarity with AI content tools like ChatGPT, with an ability to guide the output
- A strong understanding of how to structure SEO-friendly content (H1s, meta tags, internal linking, etc.) We will teach the right individual
- High attention to detail, clean editing skills, and an ear for brand tone
- Ability to manage deadlines across multiple clients and industries

- Editorial calendars are always up to date and approved
- Content is delivered on time, optimized for SEO, and aligned with brand voice
- CAMs and team members trust the content to be ready for client review with mínimal changes
- Content production stays smooth, scalable, and proactive each month
