We're seeking a dynamic and passionate Sales Specialist & Marketing Support to drive sales and enhance our marketing efforts in the exciting field of psychedelic-assisted therapy. If you're a proactive, collaborative individual with strong sales and marketing skills and a desire to make a real difference, we want to hear from you

This is mostly a sales position compensated with a combination of base salary and commissions. This is a remote work position with occasional in-person meetings.

**What You'll Do**:
**Sales**
- Achieve monthly sales quotas for our online courses and clinical treatments using tools like HubSpot, Thinkific, and Excel.
- Foster relationships with existing customers to facilitate upsells, cross-sales, and gather testimonials.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to expand our customer base.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed to meet targets.

**Marketing Support**
- Work under the supervision of the marketing manager to support marketing activities
- Develop a deep understanding of Psychedelic-Assisted Therapy to effectively market our offerings.
- Support the marketing team with innovative ideas, campaigns, and asset creation.
- Support social media accounts, create engaging posts, and run targeted advertisements.
- Record and appear in marketing videos to promote offerings and engage potential customers.
- Collaborate with industry professionals to generate compelling marketing messages.

**Events**
- Participate in and facilitate community and training events, both online and in-person.
- Organize events, secure venues, arrange catering, and manage logistics.

**General**
- Conduct business ethically and respectfully, maintaining professionalism.
- Participate in self-care sessions for personal well-being.
- Adhere to core weekly hours: 40 hrs
- Attend regular in-person sessions may be required
- Report directly to the General VP and provide regular updates.

**Who You Are**:

- A sales professional with minimum 2 years of experience.
- Someone with inbound sales and marketing experience, proficiency with HubSpot, and healthcare training (all are assets).
- A proactive, collaborative individual with excellent communication abilities.
- Adaptable to a fast-paced environment and eager to learn about the psychedelic-assisted therapy industry.

**Experience**:

- Direct sales: 2 years (preferred)
