We are currently seeking a Marketing Specialist
If you're a creative, strategic marketer who excels at both planning and execution, MOBILTEX invites you to join our team as a Marketing Specialist. In this role you'll be performing a key function in supporting and delivering integrated marketing initiatives across multiple business lines.
This position provides a strong foundation for career growth, offering mentorship, hands-on project work, and the opportunity to expand into senior marketing responsibilities. Detail-oriented, innovative candidates with a passion for impact are encouraged to apply.
Reporting to the Director of Marketing & Sales Operations, you will support the planning, development, and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, content, and event channels. You'll help strengthen our online presence, coordinate content creation, manage vendor relationships, and support a variety of physical and event-based initiatives. Approximately 30–40% of your time will focus on creative strategy and ideation, with 60–70% dedicated to hands-on execution and delivery.
Core responsibilities
Creative Direction & Messaging
- Partner with the Marketing Leadership Team to align marketing initiatives with overall business goals.
- Contribute to campaign ideation by developing messaging frameworks, creative concepts, and content ideas that reflect the MOBILTEX brand and strategic priorities.
Campaign Planning & Execution
- Plan and execute integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns across email, digital, print, and physical assets.
- Ensure campaigns launch on schedule and meet performance targets (open rates, click-through rates, engagement, and lead conversions).
- Monitor results and optimize campaign elements to improve effectiveness and ROI.
Website & Content Management
- Maintain and regularly update the company website and social channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.) with accurate, engaging, and SEO-informed content.
- Ensure content supports both active campaigns and long-term audience growth.
- Collaborate internally to keep messaging consistent across all platforms.
Resource & Vendor Coordination
- Manage relationships with external designers, agencies, printers, and vendors.
- Coordinate timelines, revisions, and approvals to deliver high-quality creative assets and marketing materials on time and within scope.
Event Support & Logistics
- Support planning and execution of tradeshows, customer events, and dealer initiatives.
- Coordinate event materials, manage logistics, prepare shipments, and assist with on-site setup as required.
- Ensure event deliverables align with brand standards and campaign objectives.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with sales, operations, product, and leadership teams to ensure marketing efforts align with business priorities.
- Support day-to-day marketing activities by coordinating with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Keep projects moving forward and deliverables on track.
Reporting, Presentations & Documentation
- Prepare accurate, timely reports, presentations, and documentation to support internal communication, measurement, and decision-making.
- Track key marketing metrics and share insights with stakeholders.
Professional Conduct & Alignment
- Demonstrate professionalism in all marketing activities and interactions.
- Uphold MOBILTEX values, policies, quality standards, and brand guidelines consistently.
What You'll Bring
- Degree or Diploma in marketing from an accredited college or university
- Three to four years of experience in a B2B marketing role
- Demonstrated experience executing multi-channel marketing campaigns, including social media and email
- Hands-on experience with Marketing Automation or Email Campaign tools
- Strong communication skills and working knowledge of design principles
- Collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong time-management abilities and comfort balancing varied tasks and priorities
