The Client Service Coordinator provides administrative support to the Client Services leadership team. The objective of the role is to perform specific tasks of a Client Services Supervisor that are deemed to be “administrative” in nature, allowing the Supervisor to spend more time with their direct reports and locations on a day-to-day basis.

Status: Temporary Full Time (5 Month Contract)

Schedule: Monday - Thursday; 5:30am-1:30pm, Friday; 5:30am-9:30am

Start Date: ASAP

Number of Positions: 1

Internal Application Deadline: December 30, 2024

Additional requirements: Successful candidates may need to be available to work on Saturdays

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Scheduling of employees in their respective locations
  • Receiving incoming sick call-ins, calling available employees to cover, communicating all activity to the Supervisor
  • Kronos administration (timecard approvals, timecard adjustments)
  • Printing and distribution of memos, EHS updates, signage updates, etc.
  • Billing audits and corrections
  • Perform accuracy audits for PSC’s
  • Investigation of less critical CEM’s, NCE’s
  • Ordering of specified items in Oracle as directed by Supervisor or Manager
What you will bring to the role:
  • Formal education, professional designations, specialized skills and previous related/relevant experience
  • Some computer/data entry skills are required
  • High School diploma, or equivalent; previous experience in a medical laboratory position is an asset
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to relate positively to customers
