We have an exciting opportunity for a Client Service Coordinator - Operations Manager to join our team As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily food service operations and franchise management, ensuring seamless delivery of our services to clients and customers.

About the Role
  • Work closely with clients and customers to meet their needs while staying within budgeted restrictions and adhering to company practices and policies.
  • Lead weekly and period reviews of financial management responsibilities, implementing strategies to realign financial goals as it relates to budget management, food cost, labor cost.
  • Manage payroll, supervise and train staff, and adhere to all brand standards at all times.
Requirements
  • Five years of recent related experience in the food service industry or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
  • ServeSafe and/or FoodSafe certified with thorough knowledge of health and safety regulations.
  • Superior communication skills in both verbal and written English.
  • Able to effectively handle employee, customer, and client concerns with tact and confidentiality.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
  • Able to lead projects, forecast business needs, and identify growth opportunities.
