THE ROLE

Are you a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment? Do you have a passion for numbers and ensuring accuracy in payroll and accounts payable processes? We are looking for an Accounts Coordinator to join our North America Operations team in Vancouver and help keep our operations running seamlessly.

As our Accounts Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting payroll, accounts payable, and operational reporting functions. Reporting to the Director of Operations, you’ll ensure timely payments to crew and suppliers, maintain accurate financial records, and help track costs and budgets effectively.

Key responsibilities:


  • Set up and maintain payroll databases, timesheets, and employee profiles in Ceridian.
  • Review, approve, and reconcile timesheets and expenses for bi-weekly payroll submissions.
  • Address and resolve payroll-related queries efficiently.
  • Review and reconcile payments to suppliers and ensure compliance with internal financial processes.
  • Monitor market conditions for fair crew compensation and assist with budget tracking.
  • Prepare statistical and financial reports to support the Director of Operations.
  • Order and distribute uniforms and equipment for crew members.

ABOUT YOU


  • Proven experience in payroll processing and accounts payable functions.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage complex financial data.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to make timely decisions.
  • Collaborative mindset and a customer-focused approach.
  • Familiarity with payroll systems (e.g., Ceridian) and financial tools is a plus.
