Our client is a leading Canadian asset based truck transportation provider offering FTL, LTL, Cross border and Warehousing services. They are looking to add a Sales and Business Development Executive to their team in the GTA.Reporting directly to the Vice President, the ideal candidate will bring 10+ years of truck transportation sales experience, have very strong knowledge of the North American market and have deeply rooted customer relationships. Combining these experiences with a passion for developing new business and a demonstrated ability to manage relationships with existing customers will drive your success.The ideal candidate will have experience in all stages of the sales cycle. They should be confident with building new client relationship and maintaining existing ones. They should have evidence of strong skills and possess good negotiation skills.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild relationships with prospective clientsMaintain consistent contact with existing clientsManage sales pipelineAnalyze market and establish competitive advantagesTrack metrics to ensure targets are hitQualificationsBachelor's degreeExperience in full sales cycle including deal closingDemonstrated sales successStrong negotiation skillsStrong communication and presentation skillsCRM experience is preferredYour reward for delivering results is a $200K compensation package.Interested in joining this quickly growing, highly successful company?
