About the Role:
We are looking for an adaptable, tech-savvy HR/Operations Specialist to join our client for a 14-month contract.
In this dynamic role, you'll support key HR functions including employment law, benefits administration, learning and development, and employee relations. The ideal candidate will bring a solid understanding of employment law and excel in a fast-paced, regulated environment while balancing both strategic and hands-on responsibilities.

- Ensure compliance with employment law and HR best practices

Qualifications:
- At least 4 years of experience in HR operations or related roles
- Strong knowledge of Canadian employment law
- Tech-savvy with IT troubleshooting
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
- Able to balance strategic and hands-on responsibilities
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Experience with benefits administration, employee relations, and L&D required
