As part of our rapidly growing team, you will play an important and unique role in working towards our mission to create the best people management system for our customers so they can spend more time doing what they love.

**The Role**:
As a Digital Media Specialist at Push, you will play a crucial role in the creation and management of various media content, including video production, social media content, and more. You will be responsible for editing videos, filming, coordinating media production, podcast production, and ensuring the smooth operation of our media production processes. This role is ideal for a creative and organized individual looking to gain valuable experience in the media industry.

**Location**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement comprehensive media strategies that will allow the company to attract and engage target audiences.
- Create, edit, and publish video resources for sales, marketing, and product.
- Create, edit, and publish podcasts consistently
- Coordinate with social media team and support with video creation and editing
- Manage media freelancers and/or team members for effective media and content production
- Produce customer testimonials, product videos, company promos, social media content, video and animated ads.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and social media management tools.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work well in a collaborative team environment.
- Creativity and a passion for media production and storytelling.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing project needs.
- Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Monitor and develop reports on competitor activity and media trends.

**Qualifications**:

- 2-4 years’ experience in content production, video editing and production.
- Strong proficiency in video editing software
- Experience with podcast production
- Familiarity with web design and publishing.
- Ability to deliver creative content (text, image, and video).
- Excellent multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and networks at a time.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
