We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office and Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at beBee Professionals in North Bay.
Job Summary:This is a fantastic opportunity for an administrative professional to support our office operations, handle a variety of tasks, and contribute to a well-organized work environment.
About the Role:The ideal candidate will have previous experience in an administrative role, strong organizational and multitasking skills, and proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). They will be responsible for answering phone calls, managing emails, scheduling meetings, and maintaining office calendars.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional administrative support to our team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
- Schedule appointments and maintain accurate calendars
- Handle data entry, filing, and document management with attention to detail
- Assist with ordering office supplies and maintaining a clean and organized workspace
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an administrative role
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A competitive salary range of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience
