Office Coordinator

Baskin Robbins is seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, delegating work to office support staff, and establishing work priorities.
Key Responsibilities- Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
- Delegate work to office support staff to ensure tasks are completed in a timely manner
- Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
- Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including maintaining inventory and budgetary controls
- Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation
- Co-ordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services
- Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
- Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence
- Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role
- Permanent employment
- English language proficiency
- Ability to work 30 to 35 hours per week
