Administrative Support Coordinator

Job Summary:
We are seeking an Administrative Support Coordinator to join our team at Cobblestone Lodge Retirement Home. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff, including assisting with staff consultation and grievance procedures, coordinating team information flow, scheduling appointments and confirming details, and performing other related tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist staff consultation and grievance procedures
• Coordinate team information flow
• Schedule and confirm appointments
• Answer telephone and relay calls and messages
• Answer electronic enquiries
• Compile data, statistics and other information
• Order office supplies and maintain inventory
• Arrange travel and itineraries
• Set up and maintain manual and computerized filing systems
• Type and proofread correspondence and documents
• Perform basic bookkeeping tasks
• Evaluate work environments and procedures to control and prevent disease or injury
Certifications:
• First Aid Certificate
Work Details:
• Permanent work term
• English work language
• 40 hours per week
