About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Financial Services Manager to join our team at OpenRoad Auto Group. As a key member of our Sales - Business Office department, you will be responsible for driving business growth and profitability through effective financial planning, analysis, and execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Determine strategic initiatives to enhance financial performance and implement action plans to achieve targets.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities to increase finance product sales and ensure targets are met.
  • Provide expert financial advice to clients and stakeholders, aligned with business objectives.
  • Ensure accurate and timely submission of financial contract documentation to our financial institution partners.
  • Drive business office product sales and penetration percentages to achieve targets.
  • Ensure timely funding of vehicle financial contracts.
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction ratings.
  • Contribute to budget planning, implementation, and variance analysis.
  • Communicate department objectives and procedures to staff.
  • Collaborate with the Sales department to plan and coordinate activities.
  • Establish and track long- and short-term goals, including turnover, profit, and finance source objectives.
  • Analyze department performance to determine goal fulfillment.
  • Communicate department objectives and procedures to staff.
  • Ensure adherence to company safety policies and procedures.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1-year experience in a similar role with a strong sales record.
  • Well-organized and strong time management skills.
  • Ability to work cooperatively with all levels of the organization.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building relationships.
  • Highly self-motivated and able to learn quickly and adapt to challenges.
  • Strong financial skills and business networks.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and assimilate information.
  • Ability to make sound decisions.
  • A valid British Columbia Driver's License with a good driving record.
  • Mandarin and/or Cantonese considered an asset.
