Job Description

Financial Services Manager

Destination Auto Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Services Manager to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing financial transactions, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding insurance, warranty, and maintenance products.
  • Financial Transactions: Process and manage financial transactions, including sales, payments, and refunds.
  • Business Growth: Identify opportunities to increase sales and revenue, and develop strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless customer experiences and achieve sales targets.
  • Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and provide recommendations to management.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Financial Services Manager, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Organization: Strong organizational and prioritization skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Deskit, Dealersocket, CDK, and CRM software.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with customers and colleagues.
  • Licensing: Valid driver's license with a clean driving abstract and a valid VSA license.
