- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of financial transactions.
- Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement, providing recommendations to management.
- Compliance: Ensure all financial transactions are compliant with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Financial Services Manager, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Organization: Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with Deskit, Dealersocket, CDK, and CRM software.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex financial information to customers and colleagues.
- Licensing: Valid driver's license with a clean driving abstract and a valid VSA license.
