Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Financial Services Manager to join our team at OpenRoad Subaru Boundary. As a key member of our Sales - Business Office department, you will be responsible for driving financial performance, building strong relationships with clients, and contributing to our company's success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Determine strategic initiatives to enhance financial performance and achieve business objectives.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities to increase finance product sales and revenue.
  • Provide expert advice to clients on financial products and services, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Ensure accurate and timely submission of financial contract documentation to our partners.
  • Meet or exceed business office product sales targets and penetration percentages.
  • Ensure timely funding of vehicle financial contracts and maintain high customer satisfaction ratings.
  • Contribute to budget planning, action plan implementation, and variance analysis.
  • Communicate department objectives, methods, and procedures to staff.
  • Collaborate with the Sales department to plan and coordinate activities.
  • Establish and track long- and short-term goals, including turnover, profit, and finance source metrics.
  • Analyze department performance to determine goal fulfillment and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role with a strong sales record.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work cooperatively with all levels of the organization.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building relationships.
  • Highly self-motivated and able to learn quickly, with a willingness to take on challenges.
  • Strong financial skills and business networks.
  • A valid British Columbia Driver's License with a good driving record.
  • Mandarin and/or Cantonese considered an asset.
