Hospital Security Professional

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Security Officer to join our team at Paladin Security. As a Hospital Security Professional, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of patients, visitors, and staff at our healthcare facilities.
Key Responsibilities- Access Control: Provide secure access to authorized personnel and monitor restricted areas.
- Incident Response: Respond promptly to incidents, alarms, and emergency calls for assistance.
- Patrols and Inspections: Conduct regular patrols to identify and mitigate potential security risks.
- Investigations: Investigate and document any irregularities or incidents that occur during your duties.
- Patient Safety: Monitor patient safety and report any incidents or concerns to management.
- Communication Skills: Possess excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to de-escalate conflicts and interact with diverse individuals.
- Problem-Solving: Demonstrate calm and confident problem-solving abilities, with a focus on empathy and customer service.
- Confidentiality: Understand the importance of maintaining confidentiality in the workplace.
- Physical Demands: Be able to perform the physical aspects of the job, including walking up to 20km/shift and pushing/pulling 30-pound doors.
- Certifications: Hold a valid AB Security license or be willing to obtain one prior to commencing work with Paladin Security.
