We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Security Professional to join our team at Paladin Security. As a Healthcare Security Officer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and well-being of patients, staff, and visitors in our healthcare facilities.
Key Responsibilities- Provide access control and monitor restricted areas to prevent unauthorized access.
- Respond to incidents and emergencies, including alarms and emergency calls for assistance.
- Conduct regular patrols to identify and mitigate potential security risks.
- Investigate and report any irregularities or incidents that occur during your duties.
- Monitor patient safety and document any incidents or concerns.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Valid AB Security license or willingness to obtain one prior to commencing work.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
- Physical ability to perform duties, including walking up to 20km/shift and pushing/pulling 30-pound doors.
