About the Opportunity

The Ladders is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Director of Human Resources and Culture to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive business growth and success through effective human resources and culture practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives
  • Lead the development and implementation of culture initiatives that promote a positive and inclusive work environment
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to identify and address talent management needs
  • Develop and manage budgets for HR and culture initiatives
  • Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in HR leadership roles, preferably in a similar industry
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful HR strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
