At Dr. Ma's Laboratories Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Human Resources Director to lead our organizational development efforts. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. Key responsibilities include allocating resources to implement organizational policies and programs, authorizing the establishment of major departments, and coordinating the work of regions and departments. The successful candidate will also establish objectives for the organization, formulate or approve policies and programs, and represent the organization in official functions. Additionally, they will select middle managers and directors, delegate authority, and create optimum working conditions. The Strategic Human Resources Director will supervise a team of over 20 people and possess excellent oral and written communication skills, flexibility, and leadership abilities. The work term is permanent, and the work language is English. The hours of work are 35 hours per week.
