Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Human Resources Director to join Dr. Ma's Laboratories Inc. as a key member of our leadership team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic HR plans to support the organization's goals and objectives.
  • Lead the development and execution of talent management programs to attract, retain, and develop top talent.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to establish organizational policies and procedures.
  • Provide guidance and support to middle managers and directors to ensure effective leadership and management practices.
  • Represent the organization in negotiations and other official functions.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in human resources leadership roles.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of organizational development principles.
