Job Title: Key Account Retail Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Key Account Retail Manager to join our team at Canada Corporation.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing key retail accounts, developing and maintaining strong relationships with store managers and buyers, and driving sales growth through effective merchandising and promotional strategies.

Responsibilities
  • Sales and Merchandising:
    • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive sales growth and market share in assigned retail accounts.
    • Work closely with store managers and buyers to understand their needs and preferences, and provide tailored solutions to meet their business objectives.
    • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Relationship Management:
    • BUILD AND MAINTAIN STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH RETAIL ACCOUNT MANAGERS AND BUYERS TO DRIVE SALES GROWTH AND MARKET SHARE.
    • Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure alignment and consistency across all customer-facing activities.
  • Customer Service:
    • RESPOND TIMELY AND EFFECTIVELY TO CUSTOMER INQUIRIES AND CONCERNS, PROVIDING SOLUTIONS THAT EXCEED EXPECTATIONS.
    • Monitor and address customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements
  • Education: High school graduation certificate is required.
  • Experience: 1-6 months of experience as a Sales Supervisor or similar role.
  • Language: English language proficiency is essential.
  • Working Hours: 35 hours per week.
