Job Description

Sales supervisors are responsible for leading a team of sales professionals to achieve business objectives.

Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales workers, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their performance targets.
  • Sales Performance: Assign sales workers to duties, authorize return of merchandise, establish work schedules, sell merchandise, and prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory to ensure that stock levels are adequate to meet customer demand.
  • Employee Development: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers, resolving issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages.
Work Environment

As a sales supervisor with Canada Corporation, you will work in a dynamic retail environment. You will be responsible for managing a team of sales professionals to achieve business objectives.

Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a sales or retail environment is preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong analytical skills.
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is $35,000 - $50,000 per year, depending on experience. Benefits include health, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a retirement plan.
