Job Summary

As a highly skilled Accounting Manager at Sleep Country Canada, you will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of our financial reporting. Your expertise in financial analysis and planning will help drive business growth and inform strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the accounting team in the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Develop and implement financial models to analyze business performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and inform strategic decisions.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage and analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

Requirements
  • University degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in accounting and financial analysis.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
