Store Operations Manager

Fields is a leading Canadian retailer with a proud history of serving small town communities. We're now seeking a dynamic Store Manager to lead our store operations and drive sales growth.
About the RoleWe're looking for a strong leader who embodies our values of PRIDE (Passion to serve, Respect, Impact, Doing the right thing, Enterprising). As a Store Manager, you'll be responsible for developing sales through effective merchandising, credit marketing, and communications with Buyers and Head Office. You'll also train and develop your team, manage performance, and plan for succession.
About the TeamYou'll be working closely with our store team to achieve company goals, including delivering quality customer service, ensuring health and safety compliance, and maintaining a clean and easy-to-shop store environment. You'll also be responsible for protecting company assets and confidential documentation.
About the CandidateWe're looking for someone with experience in the commercial or retail industry, who has a passion for delivering helpful and positive service to customers. You'll need to be a strong communicator and team player, with the ability to lead and motivate others. You'll also need to have exposure to labor management and expense control initiatives, as well as an understanding of store profitability and budgeting.
Salary and BenefitsWe offer a competitive salary of $80,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on experience. You'll also receive a comprehensive benefits package, including medical and dental coverage, retirement savings, and paid time off.
