We are currently seeking an experienced Full-time Retail Store Manager to lead our dynamic team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing a strong team, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

">
  • ">
  • Develop sales through effective merchandising concepts, credit marketing, and communication with buyers/head office/district manager">
  • Train, develop, and coach store staff to achieve sales goals and high-quality customer service">
  • Ensure compliance with company standards for health and safety, cleanliness, and operational controls">
  • Lead the store team to accomplish company objectives and maximize profits through labor management and expense control initiatives">

Requirements

  • ">
  • Proven experience in retail or commercial industry, preferably in a leadership role">
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team">
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to understand store profitability, sales, turnover, expenses, markdowns, and budgeting">
  • Familiarity with local competition, community events, customers' income sources, new and growing needs for your business and your customer">

Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development in a dynamic and inclusive work environment.
