We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Store Operations Manager to join our dynamic team at FIELDS.

As a Store Operations Manager, you will be responsible for leading store operations, meeting and exceeding sales goals, and developing a strong team. You will embody our values with PRIDE (Passion to serve, Respect, Impact, Doing the right thing, Enterprising) and lead by example.

Job Responsibilities

As a Store Operations Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading store operations and ensuring compliance with company standards.
  • Developing sales through effective merchandising concepts, credit marketing, and communication with buyers and head office.
  • Training and developing a strong team to achieve company goals.
  • Managing performance and succession planning to ensure continued growth and success.
  • Delivering quality customer service and ensuring Fields' customer service standards are maintained.
  • Supporting operational controls, including health and safety compliance, cleaning, and maintenance of the store.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in commercial or retail management.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
