Retail Store Operations Manager

Job Description: We are currently looking for a Full-time Store Manager to lead store operations, meet and exceed sales goals, and develop a strong team. As a Store Manager, you will:
- Develop sales through compliance with our store merchandising concepts, credit marketing, effective communications with Buyers/Head Office/District Manager, training, development and coaching, performance management, and succession planning.
- Deliver quality customer service by ensuring Fields' customer service standards are maintained, participating in and supporting community events, and providing excellent communication skills.
- Support operational controls by ensuring health & safety compliance, maintaining a clean and easy-to-shop store environment, enforcing standard operating procedures and policies, leading the store team to achieve company goals, utilizing labor management and expense control initiatives, planning and organizing at a quick pace, protecting company assets and confidential documentation, and understanding store profitability and budgeting.
Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
