Store Operations Manager

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Store Operations Manager to join our team at Fields.
Job OverviewA competitive salary of $80,000 - $120,000 per year is being offered for this exciting opportunity. As a Store Operations Manager, you will be responsible for leading store operations, meeting and exceeding sales goals, and developing a strong team.
You will achieve this by:
- Developing sales through in-stock management, compliance with merchandising concepts, credit marketing, promotional event execution, and effective communications with Buyers/Head Office/District Manager.
- Developing people through effective recruiting, training, development, and coaching, performance management, succession planning, and effective communication.
- Demonstrating excellent customer service skills, embodying our values with PRIDE, ensuring Fields' customer service standards are maintained, participating in and supporting community events.
- Supporting operational controls by ensuring health & safety compliance, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, enforcing standard operating procedures and policies, utilizing labor management and expense control initiatives, and reducing shrinkage.
You have exposure to commercial or retail industry, possess strong customer service and leadership skills, can communicate professionally, are highly organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.
