Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Manager to lead our western Canada operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing a strong team, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Job SummaryThe ideal candidate will have a proven track record in retail management, with experience in leading store operations, managing sales teams, and implementing merchandising strategies. You will be responsible for:
- Developing sales through compliance with store merchandising concepts, credit marketing, effective communications with Buyers/Head Office/District Manager, training, development and coaching, performance management, and succession planning
- Delivering quality customer service by ensuring Fields' customer service standards are maintained, participating in and supporting community events, and providing excellent customer interactions
- Supporting operational controls by ensuring health & safety compliance to company policies and government regulations, maintaining a clean, easy-to-shop store environment, enforcing standard operating procedures and policies, and utilizing labor management and expense control initiatives to maximize company profits
You will work closely with the district manager to set goals and objectives, develop business plans, and monitor store performance. The ideal candidate will be an effective communicator, with strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering results-driven solutions.
In this role, you can expect to earn a competitive salary of $**70,000 - $90,000 per year**, depending on your level of experience and qualifications. If you have a strong background in retail management and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences, we encourage you to apply.
