Fleet Maintenance Supervisor Leader

We are seeking a skilled Fleet Maintenance Supervisor Leader to join our team at Fleet Jobs in Edmonton, AB. As a key member of our maintenance department, you will oversee the daily operations of our vehicle maintenance shop, ensuring that our fleet is running smoothly and efficiently.
In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating, scheduling, and auditing vehicle maintenance repairs, including preventative, mechanical, and electrical repair to tractors, trucks, and trailers. You will also be involved in the hiring, training, and ongoing development of vehicle maintenance technicians to ensure that our highly skilled workforce meets customer expectations.
The ideal candidate will have at least 3+ years of experience in fleet vehicle maintenance management, overseeing technicians. Alternatively, candidates with at least 3 years of team management experience in an environment with strong operational metrics may also apply. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, while an associate's degree or technical school certification is preferred.

We offer a competitive salary of $83,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience. - Control repair, inventory, and labor costs
- Meet and exceed customer satisfaction
- Coach and mentor technicians and CSRs
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment
Please note that regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job. Willingness to travel as necessary within the district is also required.
