Railway Supervisor Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled Transportation Supervisor to join our team at CN. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a positive impact on the safe and efficient movement of goods across North America.
Responsibilities:- Manage day-to-day train operations within a designated territory or terminal
- Lead and develop a team of unionized employees, providing coaching and training on safe work procedures
- Monitor and enforce adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements
The salary range for this position is approximately $90,000 - $140,000 per year, based on experience and location. We are looking for candidates with 3-5 years of experience in railway operations, preferably in a supervisory capacity, and a valid driver's license.
