We offer a competitive total compensation package that supports your physical, mental, and financial well-being. This includes a salary range of $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.

Job Description

">

As an Equipment Operations Coordinator, you will provide in-field support to operations teams, ensuring the maximum availability and uptime of vehicles and equipment. Your technical expertise and proficiency in vehicle and equipment systems will be an asset to our operations team.

">

You will ensure safety and reliability of our fleet of vehicles and equipment is managed effectively. You'll work closely with the construction management team to optimize fleet utilization and manage third-party rentals. Additionally, you'll coordinate mobilization and demobilization processes, understand project scopes, and become familiar with key team members and vehicle/equipment needs.

You will also be responsible for tracking, analyzing, and reporting on equipment performance and trends. To succeed in this role, you should have strong problem-solving skills, ability to work independently, and manage multiple tasks while setting priorities.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • ">
  • Minimum 2+ years' experience with fleet maintenance of vehicles and construction equipment">
  • Familiarity with maintenance and work order practices">
  • Experience using MS Office and aptitude for learning various computer systems">
  • Familiarity of JD Edwards or equivalent, an asset">
