The estimated salary for this position is $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.

Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our trucking fleet, ensuring timely delivery of goods and services. Your duties will include:

  • Route Planning: Plan and optimize routes to minimize travel time and reduce fuel consumption.
  • Fleet Maintenance: Coordinate maintenance schedules and ensure all vehicles are properly serviced.
  • Driver Management: Supervise and train drivers to ensure they meet safety and performance standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in logistics, transportation management, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a supervisory role within the trucking industry.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
