We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Parliamentary Courier Assistant to join our team. This is an opportunity to be part of a dynamic and operational team, providing administrative services and delivering documents within the Parliament of Canada.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide receptionist duties, operate office equipment, and distribute documents as assigned
  • Deliver urgent and scheduled pick-up and delivery services to and from destinations on and off the parliamentary precinct
  • Maintain adequate stationery supplies and ensure timely completion of tasks

Salary Information: The hourly rate for this position is estimated to be between $25-$35 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent education
  • Experience interacting regularly with people in person and/or over the telephone
  • Knowledge of customer service delivery and ability to use technology
