Commercial Account Manager

About the Role
- You'll build relationships with entrepreneurs, clients, and prospects in the Montérégie region, understanding their business needs and providing tailored advice and solutions.
- You'll develop and execute a business development plan, identifying opportunities to accelerate the growth of Canadian entrepreneurs and delivering high-quality loan proposals.
- You'll work closely with our team to analyze and negotiate loan proposals, ensuring sound credit judgment and exceptional customer service.
- You'll be responsible for developing a portfolio of customers and seeking out new prospects in the manufacturing, distribution, and other fields.
What We're Looking For
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Energy, market development skills, and a passion for entrepreneurship.
- Strong financial analysis and interpretation skills, with a professional or pending accounting designation an asset.
- 1-5 years of experience in a similar role, with sales objectives and a strong knowledge of the region's business community.
- Curiosity, listening skills, and the ability to identify business needs and provide accurate advice.
- A team player with effective relationships with peers, business contacts, and external partners.
- Active in the community, with involvement in associations or a chamber of commerce.
